Schwimmbad

Today was a busy day. This morning we went to Walmart, and the boys were well-behaved enough that they each got to pick a candy from the checkstand which was a real treat. Then we went to the Schwimmbad (swimming pool) for the birthday and had a great time. The pool really makes the heat more bearable. After the pool we got to go meet Nathan's new teachers at Steven's Kindergarten. We are going to start him in Kindergarten in Sept. and see how he does. I think it would be great for the boys to be in Kindergarten together. While we were there he had to choose a picture to represent which drawer was his, which coat rack was his and so on. His choices were a tree (baum) a cake (kuchen) and a moon (mond) and of course like mother like son, he chose the cake with a little candle on the top. Yum. He has been asking about going back to Kindergarten for the rest of the day, so hopefully he will still be excited in Sept. I just feel sorry for the teachers when they try to tell him what to do. Beacause 1. They are not his Mom or Dad and 2. Nathan does not like being told what to do.
Then for dinner Steve and I got ourselves a Doner (a turkish wrap thingy) which was very good.

Please don't ask me why this blog is messed up. I am quite frustrated with the whole thing really, and it doesn't help that it is past bedtime. :) Well, enjoy!

That pool looks so nice!! I want to go swimming too. Looks like they had a great time.

Hurray!! You finally updated. I love this blogging thing. The boys look adorable. Can't wait to see them in just 5 months- Yahoo!! That seems so close, but I keep forgetting I still have to have a baby before you come. Weird.

I wish I could be a fly on the wall when the teacher tries to tell Nathan what to do. I love that kid!
