Through this blog I am trying to journal our families events so our loved ones can keep up with us from afar.

Pioneer Day
For our Pioneer Day this year we had a BBQ with the Branch. It was suppose to be at a park near our house, but then this horrible rain storm came right when it was suppose to start. So we moved it to the church, and Steve stood out on the front stoop and BBQ'ed chicken for the Branch with his new grill in his wet clothes. The other picture of Pioneer day is with Bro. David playing duck duck goose with the kids. He is an awesome member from Nigeria. That was on Saturday. On the actual Pioneer Day....we took the kids to our friend Andreas house, and Steve and I went up to Heidelberg to go golfing and out to dinner in commemoration. We had an absolutely marvelous time, but we forgot the camera.
There are two other pictures of the boys just hanging out today. P.S. It is still HOT, the rain only helped for that one night!

It seems like Steve is ALWAYS on a grill. I hope we get some of his famous BBQ in December. We might make him stand out in the rain to do it too. Please tell me that is a mini tramp for your coffee table. What a great idea!!! I've been wanting to buy some indoor active toys, as it is too hot to go to the park- and really too hot even to swim. Great picts!!
Of course Steve grilled for the WHOLE branch. That is awesome. I bet it was delicious! I also LOVE seeing pictures of your boys. This way when we see them in December maybe we won't be as shocked at how much they grow from year one year to the next. They are so cute.
